Its 3.94-inch (approximately 100 mm) suction surface can help accommodate suitable suction-base dildo attachments with a base smaller than the adapter surface. Actual compatibility and grip depend on the suction-base material, shape, surface contact and movement. A smaller diameter alone does not guarantee a secure fit.
