Questions before ordering? Contact us and we will help you choose the right machine or compatible accessory.
Will my adult toy arrive in discreet packaging?
Yes. Your order is shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no adult-product name or product details displayed on the outside.
How do I choose the right adult toy size?
Please check the dimensions and specifications in the Description tab before ordering. We recommend comparing the listed measurements with a product you already feel comfortable using, especially if you are choosing a larger size for the first time.
What material is this adult toy made from?
The exact material is listed in the Description tab for each product. Always review the product specifications before purchase, especially if you have specific material preferences or sensitivities.
How should I clean this adult toy?
Cleaning requirements depend on the product material and whether it contains electronic components. Please follow the care instructions in the Description tab. Do not immerse electronic products in water unless the product is specifically stated to be waterproof.
Which lubricant is compatible with this adult toy?
Lubricant compatibility depends on the product material. Water-based lubricant is generally the safest choice for many intimate products, but please check the product description and care instructions before use.
Is this adult toy suitable for beginners?
That depends on the size, shape, intensity and your personal experience. If you are new to a product type, we generally recommend starting with a smaller or less intense option and reviewing the dimensions and features carefully before ordering.
What is included with this adult toy?
The exact package contents are listed in the Description tab. Accessories, chargers, remotes or other items are included only when specifically stated on the product page.
Can I return an intimate product?
Eligible products are covered by our return policy. Because intimate products are hygiene-sensitive, return eligibility may depend on whether the item has been opened, used or otherwise affected by hygiene restrictions. Please review our return policy before returning a product.
What should I do if my adult toy is defective?
If your product arrives damaged or develops a qualifying fault, contact us with your order information and photos or video showing the issue. Our support team will review the case and help you with the appropriate next step.
Is my adult toy order and payment private?
Your order is handled with privacy in mind. Payments are processed through trusted payment providers, and your package is shipped without adult-product details displayed on the outside.
