What makes the A2 Pro different from the standard A2?
The A2 Pro upgrades the look and finish with a smoother, rounded silhouette, a more integrated-style motor housing and refined exterior construction. It also features a quieter-focused motor design. The standard A2 remains a practical choice with its familiar angular style. Both models offer adjustable wired speed control and compatible 3-pin XLR attachments.
Is the A2 Pro quieter than the standard A2?
The A2 Pro is designed for somewhat less noticeable motor noise than the classic A2. It is not silent, especially at higher speeds. Sound also depends on the surface and setup, so we do not promise a specific decibel reduction.
How fast is the A2 Pro, and is it more powerful than the standard A2?
The A2 Pro offers adjustable thrusting speeds up to 450 strokes per minute with its included wired controller, plus 0°–85° angle adjustment. The Pro upgrade focuses on housing design, exterior finish and operating comfort rather than claiming greater thrusting power than the standard A2.
