Sexlovey does not control the exchange rate used by your bank, card issuer or PayPal.

Payment information is handled through the applicable payment provider during checkout. For your security, we will never ask you to send your full credit card number, CVV or payment password by email.

Billing Information

Please make sure that the billing information entered during checkout is accurate and matches the information associated with your payment method.

Incorrect billing details may cause a payment to be declined or delayed by your bank or payment provider.

Your shipping address should also be reviewed carefully before completing your order.

For security and fraud prevention, some transactions may require additional verification before an order can be processed.

If additional information is required, our support team may contact you using the email address provided with your order.

An order will be prepared for shipment after the payment has been successfully confirmed and any necessary verification has been completed.

What Will Appear on My Statement?

The billing descriptor that appears on your bank, card or PayPal statement may vary depending on the payment method and payment provider.

Product names are not used as part of your physical shipping packaging. If you have questions about a payment or billing descriptor, please contact our support team.

Does Sexlovey Charge Payment Fees?

Sexlovey does not add a separate fee simply for choosing PayPal or an available card payment method.

However, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may charge:

• Currency conversion fees
• International transaction fees
• Other fees associated with your account

These charges are determined by your payment provider and are outside Sexlovey's control.

Why Was My Payment Declined?

A payment may be declined for several reasons, including:

• Incorrect card or billing information
• Insufficient funds or spending limits
• An expired or restricted card
• International or online transactions being disabled
• Security checks by your bank or payment provider
• A temporary payment-provider authorization issue

If your payment is declined, please first check that your billing information is correct.

You may also try another available payment method or contact your bank, card issuer or PayPal for more information.

If the problem continues, contact Sexlovey Support and include any error message or screenshot you received. Please never send us your full card number or CVV.

Pending or Failed Payments

Sometimes a bank or payment provider may temporarily show a pending authorization even when the payment was not successfully completed.

A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed Sexlovey payment. If the transaction fails, the authorization is generally released by the payment provider according to its own processing schedule.

If you are unsure whether an order was successfully placed, please check whether you received a Sexlovey order confirmation email before attempting payment again.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After Sexlovey issues a refund, your bank, card issuer or PayPal may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
