We offer free discreet shipping on all of our products, we use DHL,UPS,FedEx and EMS, to ship your orders in extremely discreet plain brown boxes, very tightly sealed. The discreet plain brown boxes do not mention the contents of the box or who they are from.

Delivery Time

Order will be dispatched 1 - 3 working days after we receive your payment. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (Free Shipping (7 - 15 Business Days) & Expedited Shipping (3 - 6 Business Days)) you select. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1 working days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and deliverable.

Note:The above shipping time are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.

We offer Money-Back-in-30-Day-Service for every buyer. If you don't get the goods/items within 30 days after you pay, you can open an dispute,
we will issue full refund to you first without any excuses. However, we sincerely hope you can repay if you finally get the goods/items after 30 days.
