We will try to accommodate a cancellation or change if the order has not yet been processed or handed to the carrier. However, once fulfillment or shipment has progressed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled.

6. Prices and Currency

Product prices displayed on the website may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order is the price shown during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious or material errors.

Sexlovey checkout is processed in USD. If your payment provider converts the transaction into another currency, the provider may determine the exchange rate and may charge currency conversion, international transaction or other account-related fees.

Orders must be paid using a payment method available during checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on location, provider availability and the checkout session.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse or fulfillment locations depending on product availability and destination.

Many products are stocked in our U.S. warehouse and can be shipped domestically to eligible U.S. addresses. Other products may be fulfilled from another Sexlovey fulfillment location.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete delivery information during checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the information if the shipment has not yet been handed to the carrier.

Once a shipment is in transit, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to change the delivery address.

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and hygiene conditions stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Because Sexlovey sells intimate-contact products and accessories, opened or used intimate-contact items may not be returnable for change-of-mind reasons where hygiene restrictions apply.

These hygiene restrictions do not prevent customers from contacting us regarding products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

11. Product Warranty

Sexlovey sex machines are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Warranty support is separate from the 30-day return window and may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, product replacement or another appropriate solution depending on the nature of the issue.

Warranty coverage does not generally apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper handling, accident or ordinary wear that does not result from a product defect.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

12. Appropriate Product Use

Products should be used responsibly and in accordance with product instructions, specifications and intended operating conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing instructions and compatibility information before connecting attachments, adapters, accessories or other components to a machine.

Do not use a product if it appears damaged, unsafe or unsuitable for continued operation. Contact Sexlovey Support if you believe a product may be defective.
